Skills Courses

Welsh Canoe
Grade 3 Whitewater Developer Week
Advanced Canoe Award (Paddle UK)

This 5 day trip aims to guide and support you to explore some the more advanced white water rivers in North and Mid Wales.  As a pretty confident Grade 2 paddler, who is still wary of Grade 3 and building the confidence and skill to run techical rapids with style; this week aims to provide expert guiding and coaching for you to push your open canoeing to that next level, and get you tackling some Grade 3 white water.

Rivers can include multiple sections of the Dee - not to mention the Conwy, Mawddach, Vyrnwy and Seiont.  The autumn colours will add to the exprience, as we tour around North Wales supporting you to expand your comfort zone and style some harder rivers.

Skill development will also be baked into the guided week, with lots of opportunities to gain some performance coaching as we go along, to improve your paddling skills and confidence across the board.
